    Wolf caves /WFTW 2/15-2/17

Got a good start out of my house about 4 am Friday morning with just the Toyota loaded on the trailer, made okay time considering the fog brought my good 75mph down to 45 on I10. The fog was so bad I missed the exit for bucces in luling and had to scramble for the next fuel station.

Stopped in Boerne at the heb to grab my supplies for the weekend, and made the last stretch in about 2 hrs. Rolled into camp 11:30. Set up tent unloaded the truck and trailer.

Drove the Toyota into town to grab lunch and a few random bits I had forgotten. Got back to camp and went wheeling for a few hours until I scared myself petty bad. Got back to camp started dinner and waited for the rest of my group.

My buddy Dan and his friend caleb rolled in about 7pm in Friday, set up camp and prepped for wheeling the next day. The struggle buggy, his girlfriend, his parents, and brother rolled in around 11:30 along with a fellow Toyota guy I had invited.

Saturday morning was way colder than anyone anticipated, making putting breakfast together much more dificult.
Everyone was up and ready to roll around 10. Once it kind of warmed up se were all in relatively stock vehicles.

And a random stock 14 JK that we met that morning. So we set out on our own to do some of the easier stuff as we would not be bothered by any of the more complex rigs would stay away from the easy stuff. We wheeld for a few hours probably till 2:30 or so had to get back for lunch and the raffle.
I didn't manage to get a ton of pictures because I was actually wheeling this time but here are the few I did get

Going down a off camber rock with a turn to the left, the right rear of the 4rnr came up about 5 ft and only the front brakes were holding it from going over/down. managed to hold the brake reach bbn in the back move everything that I could the the back corner to bring it down enough to roll out of the decent and get all 4 wheel back on the ground.

It's a good park, has plenty of obstacles for every type of rig and driver level.
I plan on hitting up wolf caves again this year probably late August for sure maybe sooner
