I rolled in about 1:30 on friday, unstrapped the buggy and drove to the trails. hit up vaca muerta, the entrance to waterfall trail, the rock gardens, just getting a feel for the buggy, went back into camp started to set up. Earl pulled in unloaded his rig and we hit the trails as a gnarly cloud was rolling in we made it down horseshoe canyon and down to the water fall trail right by window maker and the down pour began. We hunkered down under some trees but my rig has no top so I got soaked, and the rain was coming in from all directions.

Decided to make a run for camp as did everyone else that was out on the trails at that time.
My photographer was supposed to show up Saturday morning but he bailed out like the punk he is, so I have very few pictures and a couple videos.
Saturday, earl cooked up some breakfast tacoswhike we waited on my buddy( didn't show) and Jorge buddy who showed up in a sweet 2 door jk with a LS, superduty front, shaved 14 bolt rear, and we finally hit the trails around 10:30 horseshoe canyon down to Kenneth's long run down to the waterfall trail I took a ride back to camp to check on my buddy( still no show )
Came back met up with the group at widow maker, where I tried my hand at it with no luck. Jorge made it as did his buddy. From there we went to mighty mouse, I flopped on the gate keeper, took the bypass on the main obstacle got about 3/4 the way up bumped a ledge and broke something in my drive line( taking it apart this weekend). Jorge made mighty mouse noone else did. During Earl's attempt he managed to break a 14 bolt shaft and destroy his hub. I got towed up the rest of the trial then down the exit, earl turned around and went down the gate keeper, we met by the corral saw Earl's damage, I got towed into camp loaded some water and tools in my 4 runner ( I came prepared cause I always break something at trees) made a run back down to earl as there were finishing the bandaid to try and limp back. My tiny 4runner was going to be no help so I went back to camp. Found Amanda and Josh, josh went back down to find him.( insert their story here I started drinking dont know what happened) got my junk loaded and rolled out 9ish am sunday morning.

    So trees ranch as killed
    My big red ginger
    My zj
    My buggy
    And a tj
All in all I had a blast as always great company some new friends and some good stories.

Also my mega cab hemi had her first real tow job pulling a loaded down gooseneck with the buggy and 4 runner she did good work was not happy about the hills after kerrville but still 5.8 mpg total round trip was at 9mpg hand calculated when I filled up in kerrville on the way there.
