You have to watch it with people selling motors, the LS based engines always get advertised as something they aren't, just like every old SBC isn't a 383 lol. I have an L59 in mine, which is from an 03 Suburban. Planning a few more mods on it and the rig this winter to get it more road friendly, and better offroad.

Picked up the axles Saturday. These are from Rocky, the Scout the RVreddog and Blazer Killer had.

Have another hour or so of welding left on the subframe. Then I'll be getting started on the chassis. :smokin:

What happened to their rigs? Did they Both get parted out?
Yes. I bought the axles, links, hydro steering ram n hoses from the scout.Python bought the rest of it, he is building another wheeling rig. I think on a surburban chassis. The Blazer got parted out several years ago.

Got the jig setup for the rear section, and a couple of pcs tacked into place. Son came for a visit, that was nice working together. :thumbsup:
