I'm on vacation vato... Still got a brisket, and a pork butt in the fridge that needs smoking... plus another slab of ribs.. somehow I don't think all that is getting cooked this week... lol

I need to fire up my smoker. It's been over a year I bet, since the last time I used it. I am, however, wearing out the charcoal grill and the Blackstone.

last night I took a bag of precooked sliced chicken, tossed it into a crock pot with au ju's, then when it was hot we made sandwiches on hoagie rolls. Chicken, bacon, tomato, swiss, quiznos copycat steak sauce, then broiled them.

Last night was roast sandwiches, smoked a roast the other day and thin sliced the leftovers, reheated in au ju's, made some homemade flat bread, quiznos copycat steak sauce, tomato.
